CVLT Nation Captures POWER / WOOLWORM / WTCHDR /WORLD VIEW

Avi Dhillon

On July 10th, Sound and Salt put on a kick ass show at the Astoria in Vancouver featuring Washington’s POWER alongside locals WOOLWORM, WTCHDR and WORLD VIEW. World View’s charging hardcore opened up the show and got the crowd ready for WTCHDR, who amped the energy up in the room even more. By the time Woolworm came on, their mesmerizing grungy poppy rock was exactly what the crowd needed. These guys were my personal favorite of the night, not only because I grew up with two of the members (although I didn’t realize that until right before the show), so check their tour dates at the bottom of the post if you’re in Canada. Last for the night were POWER, who came in a wrecked shop like the fucking punk rock animals they are! It was a rad show and we were stoked to be there…lucky for us, Avi Dhillon was also on hand to capture the show for us, so check out his awesome pics of all bands below…
